Digital Products
By completing the purchase of a digital product, the customer agrees to its immediate delivery and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be lost once access to or download of the digital content has begun, where permitted by applicable law.
Due to the nature of digital goods, digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us before placing your order.

SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
*** Please note that we normally ship on Fridays and if possible they will be shipped before Friday.
ORDERS MUST BE MADE BEFORE THURSDAY 10h am (UCT +1).

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination of your order, and may vary depending on your location.
The shipping time does not include the time used for customs procedures in the country of destination. Sometimes the shipments may be subject to customs delays if your country is not part of the EU because your order may be subject to import duties, customs duties or VAT charges.
For orders sent to countries outside the European Union, we are not responsible for the cost of any specific tax to be paid in the country of destination. Clients are responsible for international customs and duty fees.
Your order will be shipped with tracking.
If the order is returned due to non-collection or failure to accept delivery, the customer may choose to pay the shipping costs again for reshipment. Alternatively, the customer may request a partial refund for the products, with the original shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.

RETURN POLICY:
Please contact MUTANT MODULAR before returning any item. If you have any questions regarding your order, we will work with you to resolve them.
You may return the product within 14 days of delivery.
To help avoid customs charges, please clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS".
Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original condition and show no signs of use, damage, scratches, modification.
Items that have been assembled, soldered, modified, used, damaged, scratched, or otherwise altered from their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
When requesting a return, please provide your order number. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage and providing a tracking number for the return shipment.
Returning a Package
If a returned item is shipped internationally, Mutant Modular is not responsible for any return customs charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Transport Damage
If your order is lost, or if you notice that the item has been damaged during transport upon delivery, please contact us immediately.

WARRANTY
All products are safe to use with eurorack includded passive items. We can not be resposible for any damage produced for unpatched cables that may cause short circuit like touchng the front panels of a module and incorrect power plugged or incorrect use items. Always use products with all cables patched.
Assembled Modules - 3 Year Warranty
All assembled products are covered by the standard 3-year EU warranty from proof of purchased . This warranty covers the failure or malfunction of the device within this period which is due to our manufacturing processes or the components used.
The warranty covers return shipping to the customer (worldwide) but not the shipping to have the device returned to MUTANT MODULAR.
The warranty is void if:
-The device has been modified from manufacturing assembled items included diy kits and partial ones.
-The warranty becomes invalid if the device failure results from customer misuse or negligence, including but not limited to using an incorrect power supply, improper handling or connecting, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions such as excessive temperature, humidity, moisture, or dust.
DIY Kits and Partial Kits:
The buyer is expected to possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools required to assemble, troubleshoot, and operate any kit or component supplied.
Any questions regarding the assembly, operation, or suitability of a product should be addressed before placing an order. Returns based on a lack of technical knowledge, skills, or equipment cannot be accepted.
Any kit that has been soldered, assembled, modified, or otherwise altered cannot be returned, as it is no longer in its original condition.

Main Tips for connecting powered modules:
- Never connect or disconnect a module while your case is powered on.
- Always triple-check the power connector polarity and power supply. (For Eurorack systems, the red stripe usually indicates -12V. For other powered products, such as 9V devices, always refer to the documentation before powering the unit.)
- Never connect a module with reversed polarity. Doing so may damage the module or other equipment in your case. Damage caused by incorrect power connections is not covered by the warranty.
